Linda
Rodin has been decorating cakes for weddings and other special occasions
in Tallahassee since 1990. Linda's trend-setting cake designs have met
with wide-spread acclaim and her work has been featured in American Cake
Decorating Magazine. She has studied with a number of world-renowned
sugar art experts, including Nicholas Lodge, Colette Peters, Roland
Winbeckler, Kerry Vincent, Norm Davis and Geraldine Kidwell.
Linda is a
member of the International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES), a world
wide organization dedicated to excellence in the confectionery arts.
She attends the national ICES Convention yearly to learn about the
newest techniques, trends and products available in the cake decorating
field.
